Here at our fitness studio we take pride of providing a clean and sterile environment for our clients. Our "no member" policy reduces body traffic down to a minimum thus creating a higher standard of hygienics.  There will never be more than two clients on the floor at any given hour thus allowing for adequate social distancing.  We are Palm Beach’s most effective personal training facility. We are dedicated athletes ourselves, so we understand the needs of those with higher ambition. Serious athletes, highly motivated fitness enthusiasts, and even those who are just starting out will find our environment fun, challenging, and conducive to a great training experience. Located in El Cid, Kinetic Performance is just minutes from beautiful downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.
